Warning, you might fall in love!

A magical stay from start to finish! The spacious suite I enjoyed had incredible sea views, and the heated pool offered a perfect escape. Special thanks to Javier, who made our personalized check-in seamless and enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful with freshly baked breads and a great egg counter. This place is truly remarkable!

Honestly, the food was absolutely terrible, and the atmosphere felt more like a hospital than a hotel. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble I had, but I got nothing, just like the lukewarm tea served at breakfast. I almost gave this place a decent review, but I just couldn’t overlook these issues.

The huge rooms offered a remarkable space to unwind, particularly with the stunning ocean views that became a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always willing to assist with any requests, which made the experience feel more personalized. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it an ideal escape from daily life, particularly with vistas of the garden that complemented the tranquility.

While the location is peaceful, it is somewhat detached from the main attractions.

I had a lovely visit to Aluasoul, enjoying breathtaking ocean views from my Suite Ocean View. The diverse breakfast options kept me satisfied during my stay, offering tasty dishes every morning. Although the hill posed a challenge at times, the complimentary shuttle service made exploring Puerto de la Cruz easy and enjoyable.

the suite ocean view was super spacious and the ocean views were stunning! breakfast had so many yummy options, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. i loved that there were some nice places to walk around. The parking was easy and close to the hotel. the whole vibe was chill and perfect for relaxing with not too much noise around. the big balcony was a nice spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air.

the elevators were kinda slow which was annoying and sometimes i could hear traffic from the street, especially in the morning.

The hotel offers stunning views of Mt. Teide, particularly from the suites which are spacious and feature separate living areas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The heated swimming pool was a highlight, making it enjoyable for a dip even on cooler days.

I noted that rooms on the Mount Teide side were quite noisy from street traffic, and the overall building and facilities felt dated, lacking that fresh, modern touch. Wifi was hit or miss, often leaving me disconnected when I needed it most. Don't count on evening entertainment either. it seldom catered to a varied audience and leaned heavily toward Spanish-speaking guests.

Breakfast was awesome with a variety of good quality food. The shuttle bus made it easy to explore and get back to Puerto de la Cruz. Plus, you're close to Loro Park, which is a must-see!

Everything was first-rate.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring nearby spots like the beach and the center with its casino. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a great spread. Totally recommend for a chill getaway.

We did notice that the drinks offered with the all-inclusive package were not the best quality, feeling quite watered down. It was a minor drawback but something to consider.
